I wanted to let you all know that I haven't forgotten my profile, and to explain my hiatus.
The level of hecticness in my schedule had increased ten fold during my spring quarter. Three of my four classes were big project classes, and I just didn't have the time. Even though I was finally in the course I had waited three years to take, 3D Design and Imaging, the class was absolute hell because I was juggling the projects for it with those of two other classes, one of which was my most hated Web Design.
The last four weeks of the semester were even worse, my time was so taken up by projects that I barely got any sleep and lost about ten pounds due to lack of appetite brought on by no sleep.
On top of that, two weeks before finals my beloved laptop, which has all my course materials as well as everything else, suffered hard drive failure. I would turn it on, but it would be stuck at the loading screen. I had a desktop computer, so at least I could do my course work on that. I got damn lucky though, when I went to the mac store I brought a portable hard drive so that if they could extract my files I could put them on that. But when I turned on my laptop it loaded the the desktop and I was able to move all my files directly to the external hard drive. I can not even to describe how incredibly lucky I was, I have a new laptop now, but I almost religiously back up all my files now.
I was planning to upload a few things during my summer vacation, but ironically this is the most inconvenient time to do that. Not only am I visiting relatives, but my scanner is in storage. But don't worry, I have a few random doodles I plan to upload once I get back to school.
In more happy new I finally got my driver's license! I would have gotten it two weeks sooner, but the first appointment was only a few weeks after my semester and all the shit that I dealt with that I had a slight mental breakdown. Luckily because of this I got the easier of the two evaluators.
Currently I am completely obsessed with the movie WALL-E, it was one of the cutest things I have ever seen, and my new favorite movie, there was nothing I didn't like. I am also obsessed with the new Joker, he is completely insane! Ledger portrayed him masterfully, too bad we won't be seeing him anymore...
